Grab/Lalamove Disclaimer:
As many of our clients are eager to receive their designer items the soonest time possible, many had opted to use Grab delivery or Lalamove since you can receive your parcels usually in an hour. This is fantastic, however, risky. Since Grab delivery and Lalamove does not offer Insurance for any loss and damaged parcels during transit, and RM Rica-Trading will not be liable for the loss and damages as well. Unless the client understands the risks and agrees to the terms above, then RM Rica-Trading will proceed with the quick shipping via Grab delivery or Lalalmove. Delivery driver's details will be sent to the client once booking has been made.

Layaway
The sale of the item will be void once buyer fails to pay even once, the stipulated amount on the agreed dates. This include bouncing checks. There will be no refunds since layaway items are considered sold items paid in installment. RM- Rica Trading has the right not to continue the sale if the buyer does not comply to the above statement.
